Have you ever been in a room, looked around, and thought, wow, all these people are amazing. They're smart, interesting, and accomplished.

Those rooms are created and crafted carefully. This is your chance to be in that room again with a curated group of your peers.

Join Tavlin for a weekend of awe, inspiration, and practical learning.

A genuine, small group gathering of women in leadership roles focused on connection, real talk, and practical outcomes that build your professional knowledge, personal network, and tools for your toolkit. This is an experience for women who want to talk about the realities of being a leader who happens to be female, not about being a female leader.

Professional. Personal. Practical.

Where? Exact location is to be determined, but we are primarily looking at a boutique and idyllic setting in the Hudson Valley, NY.

Cost?
The cost of Extraordinary Machines is going to be between $2000-$3000 depending on the exact location. Discounted rates will likely be available for double occupancy rooms if you're ok rooming with another awesome woman. Once accepted, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to hold your spot in this experience.

The group will be capped at a maximum of 14 participants.

What does this experience include?

• 2 nights accommodations in a beautiful setting
• Snacks, drinks, and swag
• 6 chef-prepared meals
• Group experience/adventure (to be determined based on the group's interests)
• Connection, camaraderie, and real talk guided by expert facilitator, Allison McMillan, with over 25 years of group facilitation experience
• Pre-experience bio book so you can meet your fellow extraordinary machines

Mindfully missing from this retreat will be yoga, spa treatments, and other blocks of time dedicated to mindfulness and the traditional definition of self-care.

In order to ensure a carefully crafted experience where women are helping, guiding, and learning from one another, as well as creating deep and strong connections that will last well beyond this weekend, we ask interested individuals to submit a brief application (less than 15 minutes of time). Applications will be accepted in 3 different groups.
